Our recent stay at this lovely home in the Catskills was simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts had put a lot of thought into making their home welcoming and comfortable. The house was impeccably clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The serene surroundings were a major highlight of our trip. Nestled on beautiful property, the house provided a private escape, allowing us to unwind and enjoy nature without any interruptions. Whether we were sipping coffee on the porch or taking a stroll through the grounds, the peaceful environment was a perfect backdrop for our vacation. Marcus was incredibly friendly and communicative, always willing to offer helpful tips about the area or answer any questions we had. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, I couldn't recommend this property more highly.

We had a wonderful stay at Emily’s place. Her home was beautiful and her communication was flawless. The home is very private with many cozy amenities. Short drive to Delaware River. She provided us with excellent food and activity recommendations. Looking forward to coming back sometime soon.

This luxurious modern cabin the woods was the perfect weekend getaway with friends. Secluded, peaceful and beautiful surroundings provided views in the morning and evening that were amazing, especially on the rooftop deck! Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend retreat in the woods!

The house is beautiful & has absolutely everything you need. Emily provided great instructions & we couldn’t have been more pleased. We did not use the rooftop as the ladder to the loft is quite high & steep. If you are afraid of heights or not physically able to climb up & down steep ladders, I would not consider sleeping in the loft above the main bedroom. Other than that, everyone was very happy with the accommodations & would definitely book again!

Lovely home in a very private location. The fall leaves were peak time and from every window was a beautiful view. The house was clean, well equipped and communication with Emily was fast and easy. We would love to rent again!

The stay at Emily and Stephen's house was fantastic, it is a secluded retreat while being close to anything you would want to do in the area. There is plenty of room inside and more room outside to hang out and relax. The hosts were very communicative and easy to contact and work with. The location and home itself are far more worthwhile in value than staying at any local hotels. Highly recommended!

House itself is beautiful and the location is very private and serene. Everything is new and easy to find. There are small notes throughout the house to instruct on how to operate the thermostats, shades, etc. House was neat and clean when we arrived with no issues. I've rented with AirBnB several times (and with other home rental sites) and this is exactly how you'd like your experience to go. Emily was extremely responsive prior to renting and for a single question we had during our stay. Would be happy to rent again in the future.

The house is beautiful. was spotlessly clean. the loft and the roof balcony was cute.. and fun for the kids. especially after a nice snowfall. Lot of small details were thought of. Firewood, starter, newspaper. sled. plenty towels, blankets, pillows. nice yard... we had a nice snowball fight.

This home is all that and more! The location is very quiet and peaceful. There is an endless array of hiking and outdoor activities available. The home is beautifully designed and decorated. There are so many special amenities; observation deck, huge wood-burning fireplace, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of open space with a great wrap-around deck and propane grill. You really cannot find a more lovely home in the Catskills!

Beautiful place for a quiet getaway. The kitchen is well-stocked with pretty much every appliance and tool you would need. The roof deck was one of our favorite things about the house. It was a great place to just lay and enjoy all the stars. The hosts communicated things very clearly and provided detailed instructions for everything. We really enjoyed our stay here.
